Flange folded blisters packs are known throughout the world by a number of different names; Slide Blisters, Slide Packs, Trac-Packs, Edge Folded Blisters, to name just a few.

The demand for an environmental friendly alternative to traditional heat sealed Blisters and the need to downsize Plastic Clamshell packs has prompted our company to introduce its proven range of Slide Blister folding Machines.

Slide Blisters utilize a card that slides into 2, 3 or 4 Flanges that have been machine folded, on the back of a pre-thermoformed Blister thereby entrapping the product. The machine folds the flange edges at very high-speed reducing the overall manufacturing costs. The machine folds PVC, APET and PETG materials in gauges from 0.008" to 0.025" at speeds up to 120 parts per minute.

Slide Blisters make for an economical, re-usable and re-cyclable package that does not need any special machines to seal the package. This type of package answers many of the environmental challenges posed to today’s modern industry.
